FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How long do the lamps last
A. Because of the type of lamps used, they should last approx. 30,000 hours

2. Can the brightness be changed
A. The brightness can be reduced by reducing the voltage input from 12 volts
       but if the voltage is reduced too far the fluorescent tube will not strike and therefore will not
       light up.

3. If I order more than one Light box, can I have a discount?
   A. As our prices for the Light boxes are very competitive, we cannot reduce the price, but the price
       of the postage and packing can be reduced if all the Light boxes are delivered to the same address.

4. How firm is the surface of the Light box?
    A.The surface of the Light box, which is made of acrylic, is very firm and can be used for design work etc

5. Does the Light box get hot?
    A.The lighted surface does not get hot, therefore it will not damage any items placed on it.

6. How long will it take to deliver?
    A.Usually your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. If it is required urgently it can be dispatched
         over night as long as the order is placed before 1 p.m.

7. Can the bulbs be replaced?
   A.It is very difficult to replace the bulbs. They are guaranteed for 12 months and will be replaced free of
       charge during that period by returning the Light box. If they need to be replaced after 12 months a
       small charge will be incurred.

8. If the Light box is not suitable can it be returned?
   A.The Light box can be returned if it is found not suitable for your purpose.   It must be returned within 7
       days in its original packaging and suitable for resale to receive a full refund excluding postage and
       packing.
